New hope for better sleep: study tackles nighttime bathroom trips and insomnia together

Summary

This study tests whether treating both frequent nighttime urination (nocturia) and insomnia together can help older adults sleep better and improve their quality of life. Researchers will enroll 192 people aged 60 and older who wake up at least twice a night to urinate and have trouble sleeping. Participants will receive integrated treatment and be followed for 4 months.
