First seen Nov 11, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looked at how well a new wire (called a macrowire) can help doctors reach and remove blood clots in the brains of people having a stroke. 105 stroke patients took part. The goal was to see if the wire alone could guide a tube to the clot, and how long the procedure took.
