Summary
This study compares a topical spray (applied to the scalp) versus a pill of minoxidil for treating hair loss in men and women. Two hundred adults with hair loss will be treated for 6 months to see which method works better and causes fewer side effects. The goal is to find a more convenient or effective way to manage hair thinning.
