Summary

This study tested a drug called Minnelide in 16 adults with a rare and aggressive type of pancreatic cancer (ASCP) that had not responded to prior treatments. Participants took Minnelide by mouth for 21 days of each 28-day cycle, for up to 12 cycles. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink or stabilize the cancer. Common side effects were monitored, and the study is now complete.
