Summary
This study tests a minimally invasive surgery to drain fluid from the eye in people with advanced neovascular glaucoma, a severe type of glaucoma. The goal is to lower eye pressure and reduce the need for pressure-lowering drugs. Thirty participants are enrolled to see if the procedure is safe and effective.
