Summary

This study tests two different spots to place mini implants in the jaw to help pull front teeth back in people with an overbite. Thirty adults with Class II Division 1 malocclusion will get either implants at the cheekbone crest or between tooth roots. The goal is to see which method works better for straightening teeth and improving the smile.
