Summary

This study is testing a new type of group therapy for people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The therapy combines mindfulness with exposure exercises to make treatment less upsetting and easier to complete. Researchers will enroll 64 people aged 16 to 55 to see if this approach improves OCD symptoms better than standard care.
