First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether teaching mindfulness to preschool children (ages 3-6) can improve how they use digital devices, sleep, manage fear, and bond with parents. About 50 children will take part, with some getting mindfulness training and others not. The goal is to see if this training leads to less screen time, better sleep, less fear, and stronger parent-child relationships.
