Teens' worry hack: brain training meets mindfulness

Summary

This study tests whether combining mindfulness practice with real-time brain feedback (neurofeedback) can reduce repetitive negative thinking in 90 teens aged 14-21 who are at risk for serious mental illness. Participants will practice mindfulness with either active or sham neurofeedback, then be followed for three months. The goal is to see if this approach improves thinking patterns and daily functioning.
