Mindfulness may ease traumatic birth memories

Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week mindfulness program can improve how women remember their childbirth and reduce feelings of trauma. About 80 women who had a vaginal birth will take part. Half will do the mindfulness program online, and the other half will not. Researchers will compare their birth memories and trauma perceptions before and after the program.
