Summary

This study compares a mindfulness-based program for tics (MBIT) to a relaxation and support program (PRST) in 150 adults with Tourette syndrome or persistent tic disorders. Participants will receive their assigned program remotely. The goal is to see if mindfulness can reduce tic severity and improve daily life.
