Summary
This study looked at whether mindfulness meditation could help people who had a stem cell transplant feel less anxious and sleep better while they were in a special sterile room. 70 patients took part. The researchers measured anxiety and sleep quality before and after the meditation practice. The goal was to find a safe, non-drug way to support patients during this stressful time.
