Summary
This study looks at whether mindfulness training, combined with wearable heart rate sensors, can help people with alcohol use disorder drink less and feel better. About 120 adults will attend weekly group sessions for 8 weeks and answer questions about their mood and drinking three times a day. Researchers want to see if changes in heart rate patterns relate to less craving and better control over drinking.
