First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested two ways to help cancer survivors stop smoking: a smartphone app versus group mindfulness sessions. The study included 20 adult cancer survivors or patients who smoked at least 5 cigarettes a day and wanted to quit.
