Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week mindfulness program delivered through a phone app can help people recover better after hip preservation surgery. 128 adults aged 18-45 took part. The goal was to see if mindfulness training could improve quality of life, reduce pain, and lessen anxiety and depression after surgery.
