First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a new 8-week group program called AdoptMindful2Care for adoptive parents who feel stressed. About 78 families will either take the program right away or wait. The goal is to see if the program lowers parenting stress and helps parents feel more mindful. It is a small pilot study, so results will be used to plan a larger trial.
