Mindfulness bootcamp for Doctors-in-Training: a stress cure?

Summary
This study tests a 4-week mindfulness and psycho-education program designed to help medical interns cope with stress and prevent burnout. Researchers will enroll 24 interns from RCSI hospitals to see if the program is feasible and acceptable. Participants will complete questionnaires on burnout, stress, and mindfulness before and after the program.
