Summary

This study tests whether a meditation-based mind-body program can improve quality of life for adolescents and young adults (ages 18-39) recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Participants practice guided meditation and mindfulness techniques to help lower distress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. The goal is to see if these practices can make daily life feel more manageable and meaningful during cancer treatment.
