Summary

This study tests whether a meditation-based mind-body program can improve quality of life for adolescents and young adults (ages 18-39) recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Participants learn meditation techniques to help lower distress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. The goal is to see if this approach helps them cope better during treatment.
