Summary

This study tests whether partially replacing wheat with millet or Bengal gram flour in rotis can lower blood sugar and help reverse prediabetes. About 140 adults with prediabetes will eat specially formulated rotis for three months. Researchers will measure blood sugar, insulin, and other health markers to see if this simple diet change works.
