Summary

This study looks at how drinking A2 milk, regular milk, or oat drink every day for 12 weeks affects bone health, heart health, and the immune system in healthy adults aged 30 to 60. Researchers want to see if A2 milk, which lacks a certain protein fragment, leads to better health outcomes than regular milk or plant-based alternatives. 150 participants will be recruited to help answer this question.
