Exercise and education may ease migraine burden

Summary
This study tests whether a program that includes exercise, healthy eating advice, and education can help people who have frequent or chronic migraines. About 140 adults who are not very active will take part. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes can reduce the number of migraine attacks and improve daily life.
