First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for children aged 5 to 10 who have relapsed clubfoot with a specific foot deformity called metatarsal adductus. One surgery involves cutting and realigning a bone in the midfoot, while the other uses a small plate to slow growth on one side of the foot. The goal is to see which method provides better foot shape correction using X-ray measurements.
