Summary
This study will follow 340 early-career surgeons and their patients to see if mentorship, coaching, or help during surgery can reduce burnout and improve the surgeons' mental health. Researchers will also check if better surgeon wellbeing leads to better results for patients. The study does not test a treatment but aims to gather knowledge.
