First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 21-day program of small, daily physical movements (called micro-movements) can improve mental well-being and academic performance in college students. About 200 students from Singapore Management University will be randomly assigned to either receive daily movement reminders via Telegram or join a waitlist. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, procrastination, productivity, and other outcomes through online surveys.
