First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tested a device that removes tiny cores of skin (about the width of a few hairs) to trigger the body's natural repair process, creating new collagen and elastin. Forty-five adults with moderate-to-severe wrinkles and skin looseness around the cheeks, mouth, and jawline were treated. The goal was to see if the device safely improves wrinkle appearance and skin tightness.
