Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called mibavademab in people with a rare type of obesity caused by a faulty leptin gene. The gene change stops the body from feeling full, leading to severe weight gain. The drug aims to replace the missing signal and help control weight. Only 4 participants will be enrolled in this early-stage trial.
