First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a mobile health app every day for 6 months helps people with overweight or obesity lose weight and improve their health. About 30 adults aged 18–64 with a BMI of 25 or higher will use the app, weigh themselves daily, and check their blood sugar. The goal is to see if the app works better than a standard weight loss program.
