NCT ID NCT07546487
First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests an injectable drug called MG-K10 in 226 people aged 12 to 75 who have had chronic hives for at least 6 months and still get itchy welts despite taking antihistamines. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks to see if it reduces itching and hives better than a dummy shot. The goal is to control the condition, not cure it, and ongoing antihistamine use is allowed.
