Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding the drug mezigdomide after CAR T-cell therapy can help keep multiple myeloma from coming back. It involves 15 adults whose cancer returned after at least four prior treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it extends the time the CAR T cells stay active in the body.
