NCT ID NCT05255900
Summary
This study looked at whether a drug called metyrapone could improve several health problems in people with mild Cushing's syndrome, a condition of high cortisol. Researchers followed 20 patients who were not candidates for surgery for 24 weeks while they took the medication. They checked if the treatment helped with blood pressure, blood sugar, mood, bone health, and other related issues.
