NCT ID NCT05185583

Summary

This study tested whether a medication called methylphenidate (often used for ADHD) could help children with childhood apraxia of speech speak more clearly. Eighteen children aged 6-12 took the drug or a placebo for four weeks each to compare the effects. The main goal was to see if the medication improved how well others could understand the children's speech.
