Summary
This study tests whether adding metformin, a common diabetes drug, to standard radiation and chemotherapy can help people with a specific type of glioblastoma (a fast-growing brain cancer). The trial includes about 64 adults whose tumors have a unique energy profile. The goal is to see if this combination can slow tumor growth and improve survival.
