Summary
This small study looked at whether metformin, a common diabetes medicine, is safe and practical for children aged 5 to 18 with cerebral palsy. Only 3 children took part, and the main goal was to see if families would join and stick with the treatment. The study also checked if metformin might help with movement and thinking, but results are very early and not conclusive.
