Can surgery stop kidney cancer in its tracks?

Summary
This study looks at how well surgery to remove kidney cancer tumors (including those that have spread) works for controlling the disease. About 86 people with kidney cancer will have the surgery and then be followed to see if they stay cancer-free. The goal is to learn if this approach helps patients live longer without the cancer coming back.
