Summary
This study tests a powerful DNA test called metagenomic sequencing on fluid from the eyes of 36 adults with unexplained inflammation. The goal is to find hidden infections that standard tests miss, which could lead to better treatments. Participants give a small sample of eye fluid during routine care and have extra eye scans, but no extra visits are needed.
