First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a brief virtual reality training can improve how well young people understand their own thoughts and feelings. Researchers will work with 55 healthy volunteers aged 18 to 29. The training uses a VR tool to help participants explore their personal identity in a safe setting. The goal is to see if this can increase self-awareness and mental skills, not to treat any disease.
