NCT ID NCT07372235
First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving people feedback on their metabolic profile (blood test results) halfway through a 3-month low-starch, low-sugar diet helps them lose more weight. 300 overweight adults (BMI over 25) will follow the diet, and half will learn their metabolic improvements at 6 weeks. The goal is to see if this feedback keeps people motivated and leads to better weight and waist loss.
