Summary
This study watches 200 healthy adults aged 18 to 60 to see if a new tool called the Nutrilite Metabolic Health Index matches results from blood tests. Participants fill out health and lifestyle questionnaires, get a physical checkup, and give blood samples. No treatment or drug is given—the goal is simply to see if the index is a good way to measure metabolic health.
