Why do some stay slim? study probes eating habits after fatty meals
NCT ID NCT07671105
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how healthy underweight and normal-weight adults respond to a high-fat, high-energy meal. Researchers measured appetite, energy use, and food choices afterward to see if underweight individuals react differently. The goal is to better understand why some people are naturally lean.
