Army tests new training to fortify Soldiers' minds and reduce risky behavior
NCT ID NCT07050238
Summary
This study is testing a special 5-session group training program designed to build mental toughness and reduce harmful behaviors in active-duty Army soldiers. Researchers will compare soldiers who receive the training to those who do not, using surveys over a year to see if the program improves resilience, job performance, and safety. The goal is to see if this skills-based approach helps soldiers perform better under pressure and avoid risky situations.
