First seen Jun 22, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether watching exercise videos before doing a workout could improve breathing and strength in young adults who smoke lightly. 34 participants were split into two groups: one watched real exercise videos, the other watched sham videos, then both did the same exercises. Researchers measured breathing strength and physical function right after the session.
