Summary
This study tests a program that combines five mental health tools from the World Health Organization to help teens and adults in Morocco with depression and anxiety. The program includes better care at clinics, digital therapy, virtual reality for anxiety, and mental health support in schools. About 146 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the new program, the other gets usual care. The goal is to see if the program reduces depression and anxiety symptoms and improves quality of life.
