First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether two types of group therapy—EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy)—can lower PTSD symptoms in veterans and their family members. About 100 participants will attend group sessions and have their symptoms checked before, right after, and up to a year later. The goal is to find better ways to support mental health in military families.
