A picture may boost mental health help-seeking in seniors

Summary

This study tests whether showing older adults what others typically do (social norms) or using pictures can increase their intention to seek help for mental health issues. About 540 people aged 60 and older will receive either standard educational information or these nudges. The goal is to see which approach works best to encourage help-seeking.
