App aims to ease depression in stressed med students

Summary
This study tests whether a mental health app can reduce depression and improve resilience in medical students. About 220 students will be split into two groups: one gets full access to the app, the other gets basic access. Researchers will measure changes in mood, anxiety, and self-esteem over three months.
