First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at how the time of day and the menstrual cycle (specifically low vs. high progesterone) affect thinking skills and muscle strength in female athletes. Thirty women aged 18-30 who train regularly will be tested at 7am, 12pm, and 6pm during two different phases of their cycle. The goal is to help create more personalized training and competition schedules for female athletes.
