First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026
Summary
This study tests a counseling method called 'Value Clarification' based on Meleis's Transition Theory to help perimenopausal women cope with symptoms like hot flashes, mood changes, and sleep problems. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, depression, anxiety, stress, and quality of life in 88 women aged 45-55. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can improve how women experience menopause.
