NCT ID NCT07584109
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a counseling approach called 'value clarification' can help women going through menopause feel better. It focuses on reducing symptoms like hot flashes, mood changes, and sleep problems, as well as easing depression, anxiety, and stress. About 88 women aged 45-55 who are in perimenopause will take part. The goal is to see if this method improves their quality of life.
