Summary
This study tests whether a daily supplement can improve quality of life and reduce common menopause symptoms like joint discomfort, hot flashes, and night sweats. Researchers will enroll 250 women aged 50-70 who are past menopause. Participants will take the supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks to see if symptoms improve.
