Summary
This study looks at how women from different cultural backgrounds experience menopause and how healthcare professionals understand it. Researchers will interview women aged 40-65 and survey doctors and nurses in primary care. The goal is to find specific needs so that nursing care can be more helpful and fair for everyone.
